Here is a new creation by Keith Walberg/Gizmo Pictures capturing some of the flavor of the Friday night race at Tulsa Tough this year. Enjoy.

What I don’t get is events like this one or Athens Twilight or the Iron Hill twilight crit in Lancaster are all well attended and the crowd likes the events, why aren’t there more? Why are all the crits I race in dumpy ass towns? (borderline ghettos) Why can’t USA Cycling get its shit together and just hire a production company to film its events and broadcast them on YouTube? The live crits I watched on cyclingdirt are awful stationary cameras with bad lighting.
Is this put on by the same group that started a race in Tulsa back in ’85?
