Driving into the Heat

We’re already a little late today so this is going to have to be short. We’re heading back to Kansas this morning. It is nearly 700 miles. I have a couple business stops to do along the way, so being late already isn’t a good sign. The riding up here has been great. We’ve done a lot of singletrack. I finally fell pretty good on Sunday and jack up my right hand. Gamekeepers thumb, which I’ve done a lot of times. It is really swollen and unusable. So, we rode on the road yesterday. It is going to be hot in Kansas the next few days. Good blood plasma building. Okay, have to get moving. Here are some photos from the last couple days.

We rode by a house a friend Pete Caron is working on. It is unbelievable.

It’s not hot here in KS. Mid 90’s is not hot. Were 10 degrees cooler every day than this time last couple years. I think it feels good.
