Ned came back from crashing early on to win this afternoon. Three riders fought for 3 finishing within seconds of each other. Norman Kreiss, Henry Kramer, California Giant Strawberry’s and Planet Bike’s Bob Downs all hit the final pavement together, but each had his own problems the last 100 meters, with Kreiss taking 2nd over Kramer, with Bob Downs 4th. It was the battle of the day. Congratulations Ned!
