The women’s race is going on right now.  The course is very, very heavy.  It is going to be a “runners” race.  Men’s race is at 8:00 CST.    For the UCI channel, go to the UCI node on Cyclingfans, copy the link, then go to Hola.org and pick United Kingdom and paste the Cyclingfans node link into it.   It works best in Chrome.  Or you can watch it in another language.  Click here for the links.
