It always amazes me how much stuff it takes to go to a bike race. It seems never ending as I’m loading up. Brian, Bill and I are heading up to Lincoln to race at Pioneer’s Park. I raced one of the first races I ever did when I was a intermediate (young junior) back in 1974 at Pioneer’s Park. I rode up there laying flat on the floorboard of a Rambler with a bike and all the extra wheels piled on top of me. There wasn’t enough room for my bike, so I rode my brother’s bike after he finished. We both won, by chance.
Got to go. Dogs barking. People here.
