This is Kris in perfect running form. I’m not even sure what bike he is riding. Kris thinks it is a Bianchi. I’m not sure. It was a road bike for sure. And Adidas SL 72’s for shoes. Priceless.

I used Adidas TRX’s with the sides of the soles shaved down before I got my Rivat CX shoes. I used my road bike too. Back then road bikes had clearance for CX tires. All we could get were Clements until you guys started bringing in Barums.
Steve. Thanks for sharing this. It provides a lot of perspective. It’s really important to the future of cyclocross that we understand the past.
