Just finished Waterloo Criterium. It’s late. Trying to decide about where to race this weekend. I finished 5th, which puts me into the Overall GC lead in the race after finishing 7th yesterday in the road race. It was nice getting the leaders jersey, since Waterloo is the home of Trek and just about everyone working the race and a lot of the people watching the race are Trek employees. It just seems wrong leaving a stage race that I’m winning. Winghaven is a NRC race in St. Louis, but it’s supposed to be in the mid 90’s and that isn’t a sheltered area. Guess I’ll decide tomorrow.
