A friend, Kevin Wilkins, from Lincoln, saw this hat for sale and got it for me. He said they said it was NOS, but I’ve never seen one before. I sent the photo to Michael Fatka, csar of the Levi’s/Raleigh Team, and he said he’d seen these on eBay, but never before.
