   I agree. I have a 2 year old daughter and I couldn’t live with myself if I owned one of there dogs and something tragic like this happened to her. I think a lot o people want these dogs as a sign of respect or a feeling of power. They are powerful dogs and they turn on their owners all the time.

   Their is no truth behind Pitt bulls being more likely to turn then other dogs. The fact is exactly the opposite! In 2012 Ohio did a study showing Pitt bulls are less likely to bite then several other dog breeds. Their are bad dogs in every breed. My 7 year old niece is afraid of most dogs but absolutely loves my female American Pittbull terrier.
