   I do not feel sorry for Dewey at all, this is not his first time, and why cheat he was not at or near the top of the sport, what did he want when a race in the twin cities, time to move on and get a job and grow up! All he ended up being in his career is a 2 time cheater, and that is only the times he got caught.
